EWC Law is a branch of Eiva Law. We serve workers’ compensation and personal injury clients throughout Oregon, with offices in Eugene and Portland.

An injury can bring several problems at once: medical treatment, missed work, an insurance decision and uncertainty about what happens next. Our work begins with understanding those concerns and the events behind them.
Our workers’ compensation practice addresses work injuries and claim disputes. Our personal injury practice addresses injuries caused by others and related insurance questions. When those issues overlap, the facts and the available coverage need to be considered together.
